Performance and Performance Manager Updates

With these exciting updates, both Performance Manager and JBL Performance can now directly import system designs from Venue Synthesis and Line Array Calculator. With drag-and-drop ease, arrays and their DSP parameters are instantly added to the workspace and can be easily updated.

JBL Performance

In addition to adding import, JBL Performance version 1.4 improves the existing functionality of flown arrays by adding selectable symmetry controls. Numerous improvements were made which make the app easier to use with a stylus on iPad or Windows machines.

Performance Manager

Alongside reimagined system import, Performance Manager version 3.0 introduces numerous enhancements to simplify system design and deployment. New simplified array and subwoofer groups maximize functionality while minimizing decisions and limitations when building designs from scratch. Color indicators have been added at the top or bottom of arrays, facilitating easy group identification across control groups. The data structure of arrays has been reworked to enable the re-amplification of speakers while preserving DSP settings, allowing users to make amplifier changes to tuned systems.

ArrayLink

ArrayLink version 2.0 seamlessly integrates with JBL's new Venue Synthesis software. The new "Scan Sequence" function allows users to import multiple speaker groups at the same time facilitating swift distribution of mechanical details for audio system components. With this new update ArrayLink introduces support for importing groups that can consist of multiple unique arrays and extends its capabilities to include the import of ground-deployed subwoofer arrays and point source speakers.

Line Array Calculator

Line Array Calculator version 3.9 introduces a new venue file format designed to support the array import functionality of Performance Manager 3.0 and JBL Performance. With this new file format, It is now possible to import complete SRX900 systems designed in LAC 3.9 directly into JBL Performance.
